Effortless hole-making: Clean Holes, Zero Compromise

Effortless hole-making in tile, stone, and more is now within reach. The 12mm (approximately 1/2") Needle D's 2.0 diamond drill bit is engineered to deliver clean, precise holes without compromising on quality or durability. Designed for use with your impact driver or standard drill, thanks to its convenient 1/4" hex shank, this bit features advanced dry-cut technology and a robust, solid steel core for exceptional performance.

Problem: Drilling clean, accurate 12mm holes in hard materials like porcelain, ceramic, granite, marble, and engineered stone presents significant challenges. Standard drill bits often struggle, resulting in chipping and cracking of the material, inaccurate or wandering holes, slow drilling speeds, and excessive wear and tear on the bit, and usually require constant water-cooling. This leads to wasted time, materials, and frustration.

Solution: The Needle D's 2.0 12mm diamond drill bit is specifically engineered to overcome these challenges. Its premium diamond tip provides fast, clean cutting through even the hardest materials, while the solid steel core ensures maximum durability and stability during drilling. This bit is designed with dry-cut technology, allowing for convenient drilling without the need for constant water cooling in many applications. The 1/4" hex shank provides a quick and secure connection to your impact driver or standard drill, and the 12mm size is optimized for many common fixtures, plumbing, and electrical installations.

More Information: This 12mm diamond drill bit is a must-have tool for professional tile installers, contractors, and serious DIY enthusiasts. It's perfect for creating fast, clean holes in tile and stone during installations, and it's equally valuable for contractors needing to drill through a variety of hard materials on the job site. Homeowners tackling renovation projects will also appreciate the bit's ease of use and consistent performance. While designed for dry drilling, using water as a coolant will significantly extend the bit's lifespan, especially when drilling harder materials or making multiple holes.
