More Control. Cleaner Finish. Same CGS Versatility.

Sometimes you don't need to hog off material.

You need to dial it in.

The Crowne 4.5" CGS 100/120 Grit Diamond Disc gives you cutting, grinding and shaping capability in one versatile wheel—with a finer diamond grit designed for greater control and a smoother finished edge.

Cut.

Bevel.

Shape.

Round.

Flatten.

Refine.

One disc can handle a whole lot of work before you ever reach for a polishing pad.

WHY 100/120 GRIT?

It's all about control.

Compared with a coarse grinding disc, the finer 100/120 diamond grit removes material more progressively, giving you greater control over the finished shape and leaving behind a smoother surface.

That makes it an excellent choice when you're getting closer to the finished edge and don't want an overly aggressive disc doing the work.

CONTROLLED REMOVAL. CLEANER RESULTS.

CUT. GRIND. SHAPE.

CGS stands for exactly what this disc was built to do.

CUT

Make minor cuts, corrections and adjustments without immediately swapping to a dedicated blade.

GRIND

Remove material, flatten high spots and clean up edges.

SHAPE

Create bevels, rounds, curves, notches and other profiles with controlled material removal.

One wheel.

Multiple jobs.

GREAT FOR EDGE WORK

The 100/120 CGS really shines when you're working an edge.

Use it for:

  • Refining cut edges

  • Creating and refining bevels

  • Miter preparation

  • Edge shaping

  • Rounding corners

  • Notching

  • Minor cut corrections

  • Flattening high spots

  • Smoothing rough edges

  • Preparing an edge for finer finishing

Instead of constantly changing between a blade and multiple grinding accessories, the CGS gives you a versatile middle ground.

BUILT FOR HARD MATERIALS

Designed for professional work on:

  • Porcelain

  • Ceramic tile

  • Granite

  • Marble

  • Quartz and compatible engineered stone

  • Natural stone

Whether you're correcting an opening, refining a miter or shaping an exposed edge, the 100/120 grit gives you the control to work progressively.

40/50 OR 100/120?

We've got both for a reason.

40/50 CGS

MORE AGGRESSIVE

Choose 40/50 when your priority is faster, heavier material removal and rough shaping.

100/120 CGS

MORE CONTROL

Choose 100/120 when you want finer material removal, greater control and a smoother finished surface.

Same CGS concept.

Two different levels of aggression.

FLUSH-MOUNT DESIGN

The Crowne CGS includes a 5/8"-11 flush-mount adapter, allowing you to take advantage of the face and edge of the disc while shaping and grinding.

That means better access when you're working close to an edge, refining a profile or using the face of the wheel for material removal.
