Initiating a Return:

Pre-Authorization: To ensure a smooth return process, you must obtain pre-authorization from Crowne Tools before sending back any items. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back at your expense.
Return Instructions: If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on where to send your package.
Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a return, tools must be in new, unused condition, and in their original packaging. We also cannot accept items that have been damaged by misuse or improper handling.
